Our process is simple..
We meet, we chat..
We come up with a brief then put together a fee tailored to your needs..
From there we prepare a concept design presentation..
Once the concept design is signed off (and everyone is happy) we move onto construction documentation.. this may include detailed costing, a scope of works and drawings so everyone can build what we have designed!
From here we can oversee the works for you, or you may choose to do this yourself..
Should we oversee the project for you, with our hand picked trades we can carry out all the works , which may include furniture and furnishings…
Once the project is complete, we walk you through and hand over (with an glass of champers in hand!!)

Documentation
We have the experience and expertise to prepare all relevant documentation you need for presentation, costing, construction and consultants (certification, engineering etc).
Costing
We can provide a detailed scope of works, listing works to be done trade by trade with itemised costings. You know the cost of your project before you start, thereby eliminating any costly ‘surprises ‘ along the way. Nobody likes to spend more money than what they planned to!
Project Management
We offer professional project management services. We take all the stress away so you can enjoy your building project. We have long standing relationships with all our trades, and as such they understand the level of quality and workmanship we expect and maintain for our clients.
Furniture packages or assist with selection/sourcing of just a single item
We can put together furniture packages for the entire home, including accessories, artwork and all the special pieces in between. Or maybe you need help sourcing that one unique item. We have access to many and varied suppliers and wholesalers, a lot more options available than just trawling local stores.
Window furnishings packages including fabric selection
Whether you need one blind or window treatments for your entire home, we work with the best local manufacturers and have access to a huge range of fabrics to suit every budget and every style. We can recommend the best window treatment solutions to you, and organise selection, costing and installation.
Styling, either for display homes, for resale or just a refresh for you.
We can work with your existing items and/or will help you buy new.
We love to style! And it’s even more fun when you get to work with your clients existing ‘stuff’. It often amazes clients how good their ‘stuff’ can look when a fresh set of eyes and a professional touch transforms their existing space.
Accessories selections and/or purchase on your behalf
Sometimes you just need help with the finishing touches. We can help. We have access to dozens of suppliers and wholesalers, the choices and options are endless! We can provide ideas, options, costing, delivery and setup especially for you.

Whether you need help sourcing and selecting finishes for your bathroom or kitchen, or just paint colours for the inside or outside of your home, office whatever you need we can help!
