We come up with a brief then put together a fee tailored to your needs..
From there we prepare a concept design presentation..
Once the concept design is signed off (and everyone is happy) we move onto construction documentation. This will include a detailed schedule and drawings so everyone can build what we have designed!
From here we can provide a consulting service throughout your renovation. We can be your eyes and ears on site, dealing with trades so that we can ensure the design is executed as we designed it.

Documentation
We have the experience and expertise to prepare all relevant documentation you need for presentation, costing, construction and consultants (certification, engineering etc). We start with 3D modelling to help you visualise your space. Once concept design is signed off, we then prepare construction documentation. This will include detailed drawings, schedule of all finishes and fixtures, and a ‘look book’ of selections / images.
Project Consulting
We can be your eyes and ears on site, dealing with trades so that we can ensure the design is executed as we designed it.
Furniture packages
We can put together furniture packages for the entire home, including accessories, artwork and all the special pieces in between. We have access to many and varied suppliers and wholesalers, a lot more options available than just trawling local stores. We provide you with a ‘look book’ showing images, an itemised specification and fabric samples if applicable.
Window furnishings packages
Whether you need one blind or window treatments for your entire home, we work with the best local manufacturers and have access to a huge range of fabrics to suit every budget and every style. We can recommend the best window treatment solutions to you, and organise selection, costing and installation.
Styling for resale or just a refresh for you.
We can work with your existing items and/or will help you buy new.
We love to style! And it’s even more fun when you get to work with your clients existing ‘stuff’. It often amazes clients how good their ‘stuff’ can look when a fresh set of eyes and a professional touch transforms their existing space.
